Bear Creek Mining Corporation v. Republic of Peru (ICSID Case No. ARB/14/21) – Public Hearing

​A hearing on jurisdiction and the merits in the above case will be transmitted live via internet feed from Wednesday, September 7, 2016 to Wednesday, September 14, 2016, including Saturday, September 10, 2016 (from 9:30 a.m. to approximately 6:00 p.m. EST - Eastern Standard Time).

The live streaming is being made available pursuant to Article 835(1) and (2) of the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, and sections 21-6 and 21-7 of the Tribunal’s Procedural Order No. 1 dated January 27, 2015.
